An enjoyable competition held at Kingston gymnastics centre with Dunstable winning lots of medals!
 
In the under 14s Ellie Nichols won bronze on beam and silver on bars, Reehma Shah won bronze on bars and silver on beam.
 
The under 12 Jodie Liggins won the gold on bars and Sally Draffen took the gold on beam which is fantastic and bronze on bars. Hannah Copley won the bronze on beam.
 
In the under 11s Chloe Fensom won gold on both bars and beam so a very well done to her! Kiera Helsey won silver  on the beam.
 
In the under 10s Annabel Astridge won bronze on bars and beam, Emily Lee Waller won silver on bars  and gold on beam. Scarlet Culhane won silver on beam, 
 
In the under 9 group, Masie Kivlochan won  silver on the beam and Natasha Penn silver on the bars.
 
In the under 8s Elle Ann Gomm won gold on bars and bronze on beam, Sasha Roe won silver on both bars and beam, Olivia Abel won gold on beam and Bethany Morris won bronze on bars.
 
In the under 7 group, Maeleine Cole won gold on bars and silver on beam, Amber Aires won bronze on bars and gold on beam, Amy Richardson won bronze on beam, Alexander Porter won silver on bars, Emily Smith took the bronze on beam.
 
In the under 6 group, Eleanor Astridge won gold on bars, Ellen O Regan won bronze on bars and silver on beam, Anaya Barry wom gold on beam.
 
In the under 5s, Alannah O sullivan won bronze on bars and gold on beam, Rebekah Pigg took the silver on beam, Bridget Breheny won silver on bars and bronze on beam.
 
In the boys competition in the under 6s, Ben Scales won gold on bars, and in the under 5s, Kyle Waxham won gold on bars.
 
Everyone really enjoyed the day.
A big thank you to all your coaches and also thank you to parents for their support. Next competition is 9th may.

On Sunday 15th November Dunstable gymnasts performed extremely well in the European competition at Bletchley.
They all competed against their own age groups.
Jennifer Gransby won silver on trampette and bars, molly Maynard Skelton won bronze on vault and gold on trampette.
Gemma Johnson won gold on tumble, gold on trampette, silver on vault, gold on beam and bronze on bars FIVE medals! Leila O'Connell won silver on trampette bronze on beam, silver on bars and bronze on tumble, lots of medals there too! Tia Wilson Thompson won gold on bench, and silver on tumble.
Maisie Kivlochan won bronze on bench, gold on vault, bronze on tumble and bronze on bars.
Olivia Phillips won gold on bench, gold on vault, silver on tumble and bronze on vault. Melissa Jackson won bronze on beam and bronze on bars.
Sasha Rowe won bronze on bars and gold on . Emily Lee Walker won bronze on trampette, gold on bars and gold on tumble.
Olivia Abel won silver on tumble. A total of 31 medals so a fantastic day for Dunstable, well done to all the gymnasts who competed and their coaches.
The next competition will be an apparatus competition held at Kingston Gymnastics Centre on 7th Feburary 2010.
