| This class has the most remarkable approach with the youngest of children, the programme has a mixture of sing songs, parachutes and games with balance beam, trampette, bars and floor elements all worked on. |

| Two hour session where gymnasts really enjoy all the sports equipment. Some fine gymnasts have been produced as a result of this class and it is ideal for beginners too. |

| A two hour session of gymnastics for children aged 6 yrs upwards. This session does extend to 8pm but only invited and more capable gymnasts are asked to train for 3 hours. |
